Requirements for Visa:

Passport original
Passport valid at least 6 months from the date of travel
Duly filled and signed form two sets with the appointment
Passport Copy
Two photographs
Hotel Accommodation
Confirmed return ticket
Letter from the Employer mentioning the Salary and position (minimum salary required AED 4000)
Any Nationality must provide bank
statement if your salary is below AED 4,500. ( Minimum balance of AED 5000)
Banks statements for 3 months
Invitation letter/trade license copy - if a business trip
